Make sure Windows Is Activate
Change directory name
1. Log the current user off and log in as admin
2. Rename the directory

					C:\users\UserNameHavingIssues\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy

				
					C:\users\UserNameHavingIssues\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy.old

Log the user back on; you might see the same popup as before, but the Office Application should continue to work
