Can’t Change Date & Time on Windows

Change Windows time settings using the Control Panel instead of Windows Settings.

Steps

The following steps are for Windows 10/11 or Server 2016 and up. To open the Control Panel and change the time settings.

In the search bar type timedate.cpl -> right-click Run as Admin; or,
From the administrator command line or PowerShell type timedate.cpl
